Body Tuning encompasses special Sounds combined with hands-on-healing, which is particularly effective in ridding the body of pain and disease. Overtone chanting and specifically tuned Tuning Forks, are used directly on to trouble-spots in the body, which has the effect of blasting away pain & disease, often permanently.

Anne Ward
Annes instrument is her voice. She works intuitively, with intent, focus and heart - occasionally incorporating Taoist and Mayan healing sounds. She trained with Tom Kenyon and she also teaches sound healing as well as offering Sacred Sound workshops.
The soundings created by the novices and not-novices who come to my workshops are wonderful. I am often in awe of the beautiful soul-songs calling from their hearts. I regularly experience them as a profound and spiritual art form.
Honour their trust, their enthusiasm, their effort and willingness to open their voices, their beautiful unconditionally loving hearts, and the teachings they give me. Sometimes I tingle at their soundings. I love it. My intention is to help and encourage all those drawn to create and sing their heart-songs.

Chisonios "The Cultivation of sound energy and sound health."
The vibratory nature of sound and its healing quality is important in Chisonics. Sound healing comes from vocal toning and overtoning and the pure sounds from the Tibetan singing bowls. The vibratory sounds produce a sonic massage of the whole body and the internal organs and viscera. Incorporates the teachings of Raja Yoga and Tantric Yoga.
